Paul Ballington’s background is in sales and marketing for large pharmaceutical and medical devices companies such as Schering AG and Baxter, before working in business development at Abbott. Prior to founding BHA he was a UK plc board director where he gained significant recognition as a deal maker with expertise in the global drug delivery market.
